Banana Bread Four Ways

Who doesn’t love banana bread? It’s sweet, moist, great with coffee or tea. And everyone claims to have THE best banana bread recipe. I don’t know that I’ve completely perfected my banana bread yet, but this weekend I decided to get a little creative a try something different.

I was very easily influenced to buy some super cute mini loaf pans and had some ripe bananas sitting on the counter and some time on Saturday morning so I figured, why not!

I used a favourite banana recipe and added a couple mix-ins to enhance my loaves and maybe actually pave the way to perfecting my own recipe.

Despite wanting to change things up, I did keep this round fairly tame. The four loaves i decided to make were a regular banana bread, a banana nut, banana chocolate chip, and this is where I got a little wild, a Biscoff banana loaf.

Honestly, I thought they were all pretty good. I think next time I might get a little more adventurous, but for a first attempt, I’m pretty pleased with how they turned out! What kind of fun mix-ins or banana bread recipes do you use? Do you have a tried and true banana bread recipe?
